Dear Goblins, Horders, and Goblin Horders,

It is with great sadness that we announce that due to a misunderstanding, a dark and gloomy day has befallen our Lair.

The founders of Horder's Lair wish to wholeheartedly apologize to the organizers of Animangaki for our mistake as explained below. This is completely on us, and we take full responsibility.

We at Horder's Lair wish only for one thing: to make Tabletop Role-Playing Games easily accessible and inclusive to everyone. It was with that in mind that we stepped forward to take on the burden to run the community TTRPG section at Animangaki. To offer the fun, happiness and joy that make up great TTRPG experiences to everyone who wished to join. It was with that in mind that we approached Animangaki to organize it. They placed us at the community area and all was well.

Unfortunately, in our quest to bring joy, we overstepped our boundaries. You see, we at Horder's Lair also believe that when we help others be happy, our GMs should be happy and properly compensated for their efforts as well. We are referring to our wonderful volunteer GMs from the community.

It was with that in mind that we asked preliminary signups to help out our GMs by paying for the games. There is a strict rule that we cannot transact funds in the Community Hall, thus we had to ask for it up front.

Please note that we have NEVER once aimed to profit from charging for our games. Everything goes to our GMs, and we even pay extra out of pocket to those who volunteer to help us out as well, such as for registration.

Sadly, this effort was misconstrued by certain parties that shall remain unnamed, who took offense and reported us. Thus, we now realize our mistake in thinking that charging anything at all for our games was permissible. It is not.

We are refunding every single individual who has paid us, and our games are COMPLETELY COMPLIMENTARY TO ALL CON-GOERS at Animangaki 2023.

We wish to take this opportunity also to thank the organizers of Animangaki for giving us this chance to continue bringing the joy and happiness of TTRPGs to the community, as well as their great work in promoting the ACG community to all of Malaysia.

It is our sincere hope that this does not sour the experience for both the organizers and our players. Please feel free to reach out to us for any further questions you may have. We welcome the chance to be completely open and honest about our shortcomings, and are glad to clear the air over a tankard of ale or a cup of tea.

P.S. Not to worry! Our wonderful and talented GMs will still be compensated by us! The Horder's Lair will live up to our word and make sure they are taken care of!

On the fringe world of New Sydney, far from the center of power of the Terran Dominion, the Zerg have been spotted and have begun to invade this lawless and forgotten wasteland of the planet. You and your team of miscreants, conscripted and sent to to the toilet of the Terran Territories, have been tasked to flush out this infestation before it takes root.

While no one really cares for this floating hunk of space rock, having the stain of a Zerg infested planet is as equivalent as unattended stink of toe fungus.

Work with the locals... or don't, it's your choice. Just rid the planet of this growing infestation by any means necessary or die trying. After all, we can nuke the planet if need be. However, sending you a lot is cheaper.
