Our rustic walnut raisin loaf and our rustic wholemeal loaf but wait! that's not why we're here, we wanna introduce you to our little new guy! He's our new little one as known as rustic wholemeal grain! He's a little shorter than his sibling counterpart but he is literally chopped full of our home mixed grains which is full of different textures and flavours not to mention we coat him on the outside with more of our home mixed grains. You can have him with lashings of butter and your favourite spreads or as garlic toast with your favourite soups, stews and what's nots, he makes a good crouton too even as a bread option on your charcuterie board! Good Saturday dear bread lovers!
Here's another bun catering order our baker Lyn made for a client last weekend. Our new flavour curried potato buns with or without hard boiled egg. It was mildly spicy with a hint of cumin from the cumin seeds and savoury from the egg, it was a satisfying bite and was very well received by the guest on the day of the event. Not to forget our old fashioned gula melaka coconut buns! Oooooo these certainly brought back some nostalgic memories for some at the event! Chopped full of sweet, gooey and buttery coconut cooked in our house made gula melaka caramel. Despite the name gula melaka caramel there are no modern day element to our nostalgic old fashioned coconut buns which will evoke happy childhood memories

Hello fellow bread enthusiast!
Here is a bunch of lovely buns made a for catering event. Yes! We do catering event too! A bit weird to order buns for an event but they make excellent sandwiches! No napkins involved, no worried whether the buns would go bad, everything in one filling and bread, plus without that napkin you can just pick up and go around mingling with folks at your event or party. Like very proud parent there are bound to be baby pictures/photos tucked away in storage. Look at what we found?! Baker Lyn's first creations! All her flat loaves flavors are inspired by these first creations. That includes the tomato and chicken pepperoni with herbs and cheese! These babies were first conceived when the baker was still very new and raw in the industry. She has all grown up and learnt a lot, back in those days all of the buns made had egg in them but now they are eggless without compromising on flavor and texture. Don't these buns look cute?!
