Most of our goods are perishable goods which are exempt from being returned. There are certain situations where only refunds are granted (if applicable) Item which is damaged during delivery due to mishandling; The product is not the same as your order.

2. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so tha

t we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Order/s could be voided if the information given is incorrect or the purchaser/receiver is not contactable.

4. The management has the right to cancel or refund any order placed given notice for whatever unforeseen reason that it’s deem to.

5. For custom cake order, no changes can be made after payment is made.

6. For icing cake and custom cake order cancellation, the refund rate will be different according to days left prior to pickup or delivery date.

5 days before pickup/delivery date 100% Refund

3 days before pickup/delivery date 50% Refund

Less than 3 days before pickup/delivery date 0% Refund

7. Any cash refund to your bank will incurred a deduction of 5% bank processing fee from the purchase total amount.

8. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held liable for any claims.
