7 January 2026 | U9 Selection Journey
Today, I left work early — not because I had to, but because moments like this matter.
Being there for Ahmad during his selection meant more than anything else.
The selection isn’t over yet. There’s another session next week.
And that means the story is still being written.
There’s still time, still hope, and still so much more inside you waiting to be shown.
I reminded him gently to take today’s feedback seriously:
fix what the coach corrected, don’t over-dribble, trust your teammates with your passes, and stay calm — don’t rush.
After Kombes, when some would choose to rest, we chose to keep going.
Straight to RRI training with his personal coach.
Not because he isn’t good enough,
but because dreams demand effort, sacrifice, and consistency.
So proud of you, Ahmad.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but you’ve never stopped trying.
