My resepi;
260grm minyak natural
250grm tepung
2sudu keci BP
1 1/2 sudu keci SB
1/2 sudu keci garam
190grm carrot parut..perah separuh kering
170grm gula perang
180grm gula castor
4biji telor
90grm walnut..bakar & cincang
120grm kismis kuning
75grm nenas tin..hiris nipis & perah kering
Cara
1.ayak tepung + SB + BP campur garam
2. Pukul gula + telor + minyak
3. Masukkan carrot + kismis + nenas + walnut
4. Lapik acuan 10x10 dgn paper...bakar 150 atas..170 bawah..60minit. & 135atas 155bawah..20minit akhir..fan off..oven saya letak level 2 dari bawah.
