Each type of muffin baked will be used as a model to assess the color, texture and sensory properties as an effect of the ingredient content. It is a must for them to complete their final year project before completing the Diploma Hotel and Catering Management in semester 6. Within five months of the semester, the student will be expose to the art of preparing and cooking food situation. For each
student it is compulsory to submit their final year project. In order to finish the project, student need to be more patience, more confidence in doing task and need to accept all valuable comments for the self-improvement in future standing. Moreover, they also learn about the knowledge of the science of food and understand food diet and nutrition.From this project research, we tried to create something new and a innovation to make a different muffin than usual based on the product. We call it as "Healthy Savory Muffin". Healthy Savory Muffin is a indulgence tradisional muffins taste great and have benefit to keep us healthy on the inside. This product would give a huge impact to malaysian people because it is known as daily basis food.
