Double Fromage Cheesecake, Mother’s Day cake 💐
Bottom — baked purple sweet potato cheesecake
Top — chilled coconut cheesecake
soft vanilla chiffon layers in between
(no colouring or flavouring added , that purple & taste is natural 100%)

I kept the design simple this time
Topper not fixed on purpose
( I prefer the one without the topper😆)

Topper is provided. You get to place it yourself
maybe let mom do the finishing touch of placing it
or maybe share that small moment together

Recently dug out my Korean buttercream tools.
Bought them quite a while ago… been sitting there collecting dust 🫠

So I thought, okay, might as well finally use them.
Ended up piping flowers for this year’s Mother’s Day cakes.

Also tried something new this round,
a purple sweet potato double fromage cheesecake.
Top layer is a light coconut chilled cheesecake,
kept the design simple with a soft floral theme.

We do provide a Mother’s Day topper,
but you’ll have to place it yourself if you want to use it.
(personally… I kind of like it without)

That’s about it for this year.
Trying a few new things, keeping everything quite calm

近把之前买的韩式裱花工具翻出来了。
放了蛮久，一直在那边积灰🙂

就想着，不然今年母亲节用一下。
于是这次的蛋糕就顺便做了裱花。

也试了一个新口味，
紫薯的双层芝士蛋糕。
上层是比较轻的椰子冷藏芝士，
整体就走一个简单的花系装饰。

会附一个母亲节插牌，
想用的话可以自己插。
（我自己是比较喜欢不放的样子）

今年大概就是这样，
做点新的，也没想弄得太复杂
