I don’t normally make pastries but when a Maccas copycat pie was requested (obviously should’ve been with puff pastry) I decided to give it a go. Tinned pumpkin puree is not easy to come by so I had to cut up a large pumpkin and roast it myself and puree it with all the spices. It came out wonderful! The reason why I didn’t use puff pastry is cuz I like to make things myself so a regular spiced butter crust was used instead. Next time I’ll tackle puff pastry hahaha

A bit early for Mothers’ Day but my returning customer had requested this Monday night for his mum and didn’t mind having it delivered today as I’ll be away for the weekend. So here’s a simple Red Velvet with Ermine Buttercream and red roses.

Its been awhile and I managed my first blunder with the dates! 😅 Thankfully pick up time is for this afternoon and I managed to crunch the time to make this 9 inch brownie this morning. Sorry Allen for the mix up! But thank you for your patience and continuous support! 🙏🏼

A little bit of a late post. Here's a Pina Colada cake that went out on Thursday. Because of the soft filling I had made it into a double barrel cake, with 4 layers in each section. Pineapple vanilla cake with coconut rum filling and slices of pineapple in each cake section. The cake itself also has rum in it. Full on alcoholic! 😂

Free reign in the designing, only brief was to make it similar to the last Pina Colada cake I made, also with the pandan leaf topper.

My Halloween cakes from Saturday for

The brief was a brain cake and an orange/black cute cake. You can find my drawing for the orange cake in the last photo. Yes, I'm horrible at drawing my ideas hahahah but happy with the outcome! My 2nd top forward cake!

Since I was there to help cut the cakes, I managed to take photos of the cake guts. Hahaha I was told there were no leftovers and customers even tapau-ed some too! So happy to know that! These two cakes was enough servings for plenty!

Cookie Box No.3 - Sesame Street themed and fudge-filled.

Elmo - Red Velvet dough with white and dark chocolate, oreo fudge

Cookie Monster - Dark chocolate and chipsmore crumbs, chipsmore fudge

Oscar - Matcha dough, rice crackers and white chocolate, red bean fudge, plenty of salt flakes

Big Bird - Lemon dough, crackers, meringue and white chocolate, lemon fudge

These are much sweeter than my normal cookies due to the fudge so enjoy them slowly hahahaha

This cake was ordered last month to be sent out today. The design is based on a picture sent by my client, she insisted her daughter wanted the toys to that of the inspiration pic, thankfully shopee had it so we ordered them and they arrived a week before!

The cake is a short 6 inch chocolate and ganache. Trees were made out of fondant based on whats in the pic and instead of a "happy birthday" fondant plaque, I made her daughter's name instead.
