There’s always another layer to perfect. 🥐

Week after week, we’ve been working on our croissants — refining the folds, the bake, the crispness, all the little details that make a difference.

We use A.O.P. Lescure butter because when you’re making something this simple, every ingredient matters.

And when they come out looking like this… it makes all that work worth it. 🤎
