Arriving before the celebration begins, finishing the cream, placing every flower and fruit one by one, stepping back, adjusting… and adjusting again until everything feels just right.

For a centrepiece cake like this, so much of the final look happens right there at the venue. We take into consideration the backdrop, the colours, the surrounding styling and how the cake will eventually sit within the whole celebration.

For Douglas & Sharon’s wedding, deep reds, sculptural black calla lilies, fresh fruits and soft textured cream came together for something a little bold, romantic and beautifully different. ❤️

These quiet hours before the guests arrive are one of my favourite parts of what I do. No audience, no applause—just making sure that when the couple finally sees it, everything is ready for their moment.

Soft blue, delicate florals, vintage piping — and a little message made just for them. 🩵

This cake was designed with a gentle, romantic feel in mind, using powder-blue roses, tiny white blooms and flowing buttercream details to keep everything soft and timeless.

What I love most is how personal it feels. Sometimes it isn’t the biggest cake or the most elaborate design that stays with you — it’s the little details that make it feel like it could only belong to one celebration.
