If you‘ve been with us for a while, you’ll probably know one thing about our mousse cakes—we always love adding a little crunch at the bottom.

There‘s just something special about that contrast. A silky mousse is delicious on its own, but when you pair it with a crisp, crunchy base, every bite becomes so much more satisfying.

Our newest 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 is made with 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮ï𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲, giving it a rich, smooth chocolate flavour that’s beautifully balanced. At the base, you‘ll find a crispy feuilletine made with hazelnut paste, adding a light nutty crunch that complements the mousse without overpowering it.

It’s a cake we truly enjoyed creating, and we hope you‘ll enjoy eating it just as much. 🤎

𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞?

For this Father’s Day, we created a flavour that brings these two favourites together. Homemade banana coulis adds natural sweetness, while Black Market dark roast coffee brings a deep, roasted aroma and a touch of bitterness to balance every bite.

Comforting, familiar, and not overly sweet — a cake made to be enjoyed over good conversations and family gatherings.

It all started with a simple bowl of pulut hitam —
the kind mum used to cook, warm, comforting, and full of love.

That memory stayed.
And one day, we turned it into a cake.
