🍓 Strawberries: Excellent source of vitamin C & good source of dietary fibre and folate.
🥝 Kiwis: Excellent source of vitamin C. Good source of folate, vitamin E and dietary fibre.
🍒 Cherries: High source of antioxidants, high in potassium and boost heart health.
🍎 Apples: Good source of dietary fibre, some vitamin C and potassium.
🥭 Mangoes: High in antioxidants and supports healthy heart function.
🥑 Avocados: Good source of vitamin C, vitamin E, niacin and potassium. Contains mono-unsaturated fats.

Hello everyone!! Still looking for an elegant dessert to serve for your any special events/ occasions? No worriess! This time we want to share on how to make the best pavlova!! 😍 Bake it!

📌INGREDIENTS:
Refrigerated;
- 6 eggs white
Baking & Spices;
- 1 1/2 cups of caster sugar
- 3 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Dairy;
- 1 cup Cream
Produce;
- Fresh Berries

Notes:
This Pavlova is best served the same day or the next day after it is prepared. Just make sure the whipped cream and fruit are added immediately before serving.
