每天都有客人一进门就问：

“Focaccia Sandwich 还有吗？” 🥪

有时候刚出炉，
有时候已经是今天最后一份。
也有很多时候，
我们只能笑着说：
“今天卖完了，明天早点来 😄”

我们的招牌 Focaccia Sandwich，
一直都坚持限量现做。

面包每天新鲜发酵、现烤，
外层带一点微脆感，
里面却还是松软、有嚼劲。
烤过后的香气，
配上满满馅料，
简单，但会让人记住。

它不是那种浮夸的 sandwich，
没有太多复杂堆叠，
只是把每一个细节做好。

从 focaccia 本身的口感，
到馅料的搭配，
再到热热上桌时的状态，
都是我们想让客人吃到的感觉。

很多人第一次只是随手点来试，
后来却会为了它特地回来。
也因为这样，
它常常是当天最早卖完的东西。
