Nellicious is made up of Chanelle Tan (Owner and Cake Designer) who is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Chanelle is a mostly self – taught baker and cake designer with a passion for designing beautiful cakes and sweets, emphasising clean designs and fantastic taste and texture. She believes in using the best quality ingredients (couverture chocolate, omega eggs, real butter, premium Belgian cocoa,

etc.) Her designs reflect each client's style and theme, incorporating both traditional and contemporary design techniques with modern proportions and clean lines. The majority of clients returning again and again, which is a testament to the high quality of her craftsmanship and attention to detail.
