For those who love a good chocolate cake, this Elevated Black Forest is one of my favourites.

It starts with a layer of Rocky Road at the bottom, followed by two layers of chocolate sponge, light Chantilly cream, and cherries. The whole cake is covered in chocolate ganache and finished with chocolate-dipped cherries and extra chocolate bits.

Rich, chocolatey, and just the right balance of cream and fruit.
