1. Jenis pertama adalah TEPUNG BERAS CAP 1 GAJAH dimana ia sangat sesuai untuk mengoreng kuih pisang, keledek, keladi, cempedak dan sebagainya.

Kalau anda ke Terengganu dan s**a makan sotong goreng, ikan goreng, ketam goreng maka bahan digunnakan adalah tepung jenis ini.

2. Jenis kedua iaitu TEPUNG BERAS CAP 3 GAJAH p**a sangat sesuai untuk kuih jenis tradisional seperti contoh kuih kuci, kuih apam beras dengan Eno. Ia memberikan kelembutan bagi pelbagai jenis kuih jenis kukus.

3. Ketiga adalah jenis TEPUNG BERAS CAP 5 GAJAH yang didakwa amat sesuai untuk membuat mee laksa dan pelbagai jenis mee dimana dikatakan hasilnya adalah lebih kental.
