As part of our Zen Month, the Baker Tilly Social Club brought us together for a calming Sound Bath session - an opportunity to step away from the hustle of our day-to-day work and simply be present.

For many, it was their very first sound bath experience, making the evening even more memorable. It was the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and end the workday on a peaceful note.

A big shoutout to our organising committee for putting together such a meaningful session and creating a space for us to slow down, reset, and recharge. Indeed, the

It's always great to see our audit leaders come together for our Baker Tilly Audit Managers Townhall! This mid-year check-in also welcomes all our newly-promoted audit managers.

As we continue to grow (oh and have we grown!), the townhall continues to be an important check-point to reflect on our progress and align on the road ahead. The Townhall was led by our Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance, Dato' Lock Peng Kuan, who shared where our audit practice stands today, celebrated our achievements, and outlined the exciting opportunities ahead. Joining him were members of our Audit Talent Team, our Audit Partners, Andrew Choong and Elaine Ee, who gave our managers valuable insights into the firm's talent strategy and our continued commitment to developing our people and nurturing the next generation of leaders. The day then wrapped with a lovely appreciation gift for everyone.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the discussions and contributed their ideas. Here's to another year of collaboration, growth, and delivering excellence together!
