What a wonderful two days away in Ipoh for our Managers at the Leadership Development Conference!

It is always important to carve out time for learning and development, especially for our leaders. Beyond the insightful sessions, the conference also provided a fantastic opportunity for our leaders from different departments and regions across our Baker Tilly offices to connect, network and exchange experiences during the social sessions.

One of the key takeaways from the conference was that leadership development is not always about learning something entirely new. Sometimes, it is about recognising the strengths, skills and capabilities we already have, and learning how to embrace, refine and make better use of them in our day-to-day lives.

The sessions were truly fruitful, and our leaders are taking away useful knowledge, fresh perspectives and meaningful insights that can be applied beyond the conference room.

A big thank you to our trainer, organisers and everyone who contributed to making this conference another success!
