Fathers have a way of quietly showing up.
Not with grand gestures, but in the little things, fixing what needs fixing, and always putting family first.

Inspired by that quiet kind of care, we’ve created our seasonal Shine Muscat Grape Jasmine Chiffon Cake.

Delicate jasmine chiffon, paired with the crisp sweetness of premium Shine Muscat grapes.

Soft in texture.
Refreshing on the palate.

Simple and sincere, much like the steady presence fathers have always been.

Thank you for all the love and support for this Mother’s Day!! 💛

It’s been a wonderful and awesome journey for us, and we’re really grateful for every order, message, feedback, and visit!

We’ll be taking a few days break this and next weekend after the Mother’s Day peak to rest and reset a little.

A look into how this year Fito’s Mother’s Day cakes came together.

We spent time refining something small but important - texture. Not too light, not too rich, just something softer and easier to enjoy.

That’s where the 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 comes in. A quiet layer, but one that changes the whole experience.

We paired it differently for each cake —
Strawberry with Darjeeling, light and elevating the floral tea notes; Mango with oolong, deeper and more rounded.

Same approach, two distinct expressions.
