“老板，Louise Cakery 最推荐哪一款蛋糕？”🎤

这次我们直接问老板。她的答案是：Macadamia Cake。这款坚果蛋糕早在十年前就有了，是 Louise Cakery 很多老顾客熟悉的味道。

但老板也想做一款市面上比较少见、切开后同样有惊喜的坚果蛋糕，于是在 2021 年推出了 Earl Grey Pistachio Cake。
外表好看是一回事，里面的层次和味道，才是她更在意的部分。🍰

两款都是老板用心做的蛋糕；如果只能选一款，她说：“就看你是哪一派咯。”🤭

We asked the boss: “If you could recommend just one cake from Louise Cakery, which would it be?” 🎤

Her first pick? Macadamia Cake. It’s a flavour that has been with us for around 10 years, and one that many of our regulars still come back for.

But she also wanted to create something a little less common: a nutty cake that’s just as interesting on the inside as it looks on the outside. That’s how Earl Grey Pistachio Cake joined the menu in 2021. 🍰

So which one should you try first? As our owner says, it depends on which team you’re on. 🤭
