Here's a special cake for my son who loves noodles and is also a foodie just like his father. Since mumma has stopped baking and now the oven is also not working but still, something special has to be done for him. Hers is his all-time favourite Tiramisu cake for him with little to no decor on the cake.

Tiramisu - the actual meaning in of it in Italian language is "pick me up or cheer me up." As the name implies, this is an Italian dessert served at the end of the meal to cheer you up. I have tried to recreate this patisserie with rasmalai sponges and mascarpone cream loaded with rasmalai bits, which are complimented with dry rose petals, kesar, and dry fruits mix on top to complete the look.
