A little record of one of our toughest days 💔

8/5 was tough, but it also showed us how kind people can be

Except for one refund request, all affected orders were successfully remade and completed on time

What touched us the most was how understanding our customers were that day

Some sent us kind messages, some comforted us, and some even came to check on us.

It made us realise that we are really lucky to have such warm-hearted customers
