Assalamualaikum...

Masih mencari menu untuk jamu para tetamu ketika hari raya nanti? Mungkin saya boleh bantu :)

Bila kawan-kawan tanya, " Do you serve cakes during raya? What sort of cake?"
"I prefer sheet cakes."

Sheet cake ialah satu lapisan kek sahaja with frostings on top. Kenapa sheet cake?
1. Easier to transport. ( tak perlu risau kek tumbang dalam perjalanan pulang ke kampung)
2. Easier to store. (kotak kek 2.5 inchi sahaja ketinggian dia)
3. Easier to serve ( potong in smaller squares siap-siap. Smaller portions than regilar cakes jadinya boleh mengelakkan pembaziran )

Maka,
tahun ini, kami akan menjual sheet cakes sahaja untuk perayaan akan datang :)
