We didn’t create this flavour. We grew up with it.🇲🇾
Onde-onde has always been there, in the pasar, on the kuih table, wrapped in the smell of fresh pandan and coconut. That little green kuih with gula Melaka hidden inside is one of those flavours that immediately feels like home.
For this tart, we didn’t want to change that memory. We wanted to carry it forward.
Taking the flavours we know by heart and giving them a new form — our Onde-Onde Tart 🥥🤎
A little piece of where we came from, made for where we’re going.
What’s your favourite memory of cendol? 🍧
A hot afternoon, a roadside stop, a cold bowl in hand, shaved ice, coconut milk, gula Melaka and those little green strands we somehow always finished too quickly 🤤🌤️
For us, that memory became the starting point.
We kept the flavours we know by heart, added espresso, and turned it into something new.
From a bowl we remember, to a glass of our own.
