I recently fell in love with my latest creation; Coffee Caramelised Almond Cake.
Coffee chiffon infused with Italian espresso. Served with caramelized almonds. Fragrant caramel flavor. Topped with with French coffee chantilly cream
Bitter and sweet combination.
I decided to name it “Bitter Sweet“.
Just perfect for afternoon tea.
Coffee lovers or non-coffee lovers will definitely love this!
