🪧：接下来整个6月份我们都无法再接任何的裱花蛋糕，也没有办法教授任何课程。无论是订单还是课程都预约只可以安排7月了。

但是来临父亲节，我们还是有万全的准备了
无论是 还是 .patisserie 我们都准备好了

这个手术让我的工作按了一个慢速键，
庆幸不是结束 也不是暂停
我还是能够缓慢进行书面工作
至少能够准时出粮？ 哈哈

还好我已经不是一个人在经营这门生意
还好之前的培训都没白费，公司孩子个个独当一面
我才不至于那么崩溃。

手术是在 Sunway Medical Centre进行的
唠唠叨叨的医生是 Doctor Teh Kok Kheng，
这两年因为爸爸中风我们也没少接触医生，
很多时间都一言难尽，
所以遇上还会对病人唠唠叨叨的医生
我想我是幸运的。

I won’t be able to take any flower piping cake orders or conduct any flower piping classes this coming June, as I had hand surgery last week.

Thankfully, everything is fine now. I just need to give my hand enough time to rest and recover properly before going back to the kitchen again.

Thank you so much for all your patience and understanding. I can’t wait to bake and create for you all again soon.

a lot of people actually don’t know what Choux au Craquelin is
so we usually describe it as
“cream puff… but crispy one” 🥲

but honestly, calling this a cream puff doesn’t do it justice 😭

it’s crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside, with rich creamy filling that melts in your mouth ✨

behind that crispy shell and creamy filling,
we’ve been testing, refining, and improving as we go

all to make sure every bite feels satisfying, balanced, and worth craving for 🫶🏻
