One of my favourite sourdough loaves from , the Choconutty Rustic Sourdough.

It's our unique take of sourdough bread as a semi dessert, with very rich flavour from the long process of fermentation.

It tastes so well on its own, you can eat it with nothing. But we love it with butter, cause it brings out the flavour of the sourdough even more.

We love it, our customers love it, you should try it! 😉

The one who started brewing milk kefir for the benefit of his family, Chin Teong stumbled accidentally across the multiple health benefits of . 😊

Then, after experimenting with water kefir grains, he became the inventor of the water kefir flavours we now enjoy today!

Happy Easter!!

We have been selling out more and more milk kefir, which is one of the products we're most proud of at .my due to its amazing health properties.

Feeling super grateful for it today, and thought to share the love for probiotics even further with .nutritionist's probiotic health tip for the day!

📢 Tips to build a healthy gut breakfast:

1️⃣ Include fermented foods
Fermented foods such as sourdough and kefir contain increased nutritional value, as the microbes release the hidden nutrients and reduce the antinutrients such as phytates in the food. Moreover, they are excellent sources of prebiotics and probiotics.

2️⃣ Top with omega-3 nuts and seeds
Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, pure peanut butter are great sources of omega-3. When our omega 3 to omega 6 fats ratio is balanced, it can have anti-inflammatory effect in our body.

There's been quite a big turn of events, and we just wanted to let you know what's happened.

Me and Sue Sien moved to Germany to do our Masters in Oct. And now our parents run The Kefir King.

They have succeeded in doing everything pretty much better than we did at this point 😂 And enjoying the process as well!

So if you wanna grab delicious and healthy , fresh bakes happen every Wed and Sat, 10am onwards.

Last month we altered water kefir from 250ml (RM8) to 280ml (RM9).

The price is slightly higher only because the volume has increased.

Still trying to keep our packaging and business environmentally sustainable 💪
