Last week was a big one! I had the honour of creating the wedding cake for my brother's special day. 🥂
There is something special about being part of the "behind the scenes" magic. This video shows the journey of this 3-tier creation - getting those tiers perfectly level, smoothing out the cream, and hand-placing each rose. It was a marathon, but seeing it at the reception made every second worth it.
