“How’s the texture difference between mini donuts and baked donuts”

Gluten-free mini donuts
Are small size, light and cakey texture.

Normal Baked Doughnuts
Are bigger and texture is similar to bread.

It’s different but has good part on both😊

For mini donuts are more suitable for light meal and snacks.
And maybe baked donuts are suitable for breakfast with coffee or tea.
Also for baked donuts are bigger and more filling by just eatig 1piece.

I hope this helps you to decide which one to try!

BTW, if you are vegan, or prefer dairy free,
Mini donuts include egg.
So if you like smaller size donuts, I will make it as baked donuts in mini size.

Today I'm introducing
Sorghum bucket.
It is a grain from the grass family, rich in fibre. It also contains high levels of ingredients that act as antioxidants and is a low GI food, which means it is slow to digest and helps balance blood sugar levels.
