How we wish you could smell it from your screen as we’re churning up trays of addictive and aromatic, crunchy Coffee Almond Cookies (咖啡杏仁餅 - 幸福美滿) ☕️🌰 that even non-coffee lovers cannot resist! Just look at those cookies…

The toasted almonds make every bite a delight! What we find addictive is the texture of the cookies. Although they are buttery (made of 100% pure butter), it is not overpowering. Instead, the fragrance of the coffee (Arabica coffee) lifted the flavour of the butter.

Usually these cookies are enjoyed as they are. With the wonderful aroma of coffee and almond, there is no need for anything else. However, dipping into the cookies into some melted chocolate or milk is also appreciated by many!
