✨ Starter = Natural fermentation — every loaf begins with a wild yeast starter, not commercial yeast.
🍞 パン (Pan) = The Japanese word for bread — inspired by traditional techniques, minimalism, and care.
We bake slowly, with intention — honouring time, culture, and the quiet magic of fermentation.
No shortcuts. Just wholesome, gut-friendly bread that feeds both body and spirit.
