Hi guys, El Pastel sangat menitikberatkan kualiti bakery untuk memberi yang terbaik kepada pelanggan kami. Ini termasuk juga dengan cara kami memastikan bahan yang kami guna adalah berkualiti tinggi. Salah satu bahan yang paling penting adalah telur. Jadi El pastel ingin berkongsi 4 cara mudah macam mana untuk kita kenal pasti tahap kesegaran telur.

1. Rendam telur dalam air. Sekiranya telur tenggelam dengan rata pada dasar gelas, ia adalah telur yang masih segar.

2. Lihat keadaan kuning dan putih telur. Telur segar akan mempunyai kuning telur yang masih kental, elok bentuk bulatnya. Manakala keadaan kuning telur lama p**a agak meleper dan agak cair (bentuk bulat tidak elok). Perhatikan juga keadaan putih telur, jika warnanya keruh dan keadaannya agak melekit serta tidak cair ianya masih segar. Manakala jika warnanya agak jernih dan keadaannya cair makan ianya sudah lama.

3. Hidu aroma telur. Telur yang sudah rosak akan mengeluarkan bau busuk átau orang dulu-dulu panggil ‘Telur Tembelang’.

4. Lihat tarikh luput telur. Kebanyakan telur yang dijual di pasaraya selalunya telah dibungkus dan ditandakan dengan tarikh luput sama ada pada kotak bungkusan atau permukaan kulit telur itu sendiri.

El pastel berharap tips di atas serba sedikit dapat membantu semua untuk mengenal pasti kesegaran telur anda.

CARA SIMPAN COKLAT YANG BETUL

Korang tahu tak yang sebenarnya, coklat seperti kitkat, m&m atau cadbury, lebih baik tidak simpan dalam peti ais? Sebab lepas korang keluarkan dari peti ais, coklat akan lebih cepat dan mudah cair! So adalah sangat recommended lepas beli coklat, korang simpan je kat suhu bilik dan di area yang tak ada semut.

Jadi korang jangan risau lepas ni kalau nak add-on topping coklat atas brownies. Confirm tak cair coklat kalau tak letak dalam peti ais!
