TIPS BUAT MERINGUE SAMPAI JADI PART 1 ✅🌟

1.   Putih telur yang fresh dan tiada campuran kuning telur atau minyak.
2.   Seeloknya guna 'Stand-mixer" untuk dapatkan pukulan meringue yg sekata. Mangkuk adunan harusla dari kaca atau keluli tahan karat "stainless steel"
3.   Untuk dapatkan volume (kembang) meringue yang lebih, putih telur boleh disimpan di dalam suhu sejuk semalaman, dan dinyahsejuk kepada suhu bilik sebelum putar.
4.   Guna sedikit vanilla essence untuk menghilangkan bau telur.
5.   Boleh pukul serentak semua bahan Gimat masa), tetapi pastikan 30saat pertama menggunakan kelajuan yang tinggi dan kawal kelajuan lebih rendah selepas 30saat. (Kaedah ini utk mengurangkan ketulan2 gula sekiranya dibancuh serentak semua bahan)
6.   Campur pewarna/perisa (kecuali vanilla essence) selepas dapat meringue yg kembang.
7.   Pastikan resepi meringue ade bahan2 samada cuka/lemon/cream of tar2 (salah satu) supaya membantu proses kentalkan meringue.
