Halfway to ONE… and what better way to celebrate than with something truly special 💛

This was my first ever 1/2 birthday cake… ordered by a special person so was skeptical!

In frame is a rich, melt-in-the-mouth Rasmalai Cake, layered with soft, juicy rasmalais tucked between fluffy sponge… every bite soaked in flavour, every layer telling a story.

Frosted gently with light, airy dairy whipping cream — keeping it delicate, balanced, and oh-so-indulgent.

And a little behind-the-scenes touch — the cake topper was handmade, because the original one wasn’t available in time/delayed in shipping… but sometimes, these last-minute touches make it even more special ✨

And the feedback?It says it all.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.

Sometimes, it’s the simple gestures that mean the most.

A friend who is currently in the US didn’t want to miss her friend’s 50th birthday celebrations in KL. Even though she couldn’t be here in person, she made sure to plan something thoughtful from afar.

She reached out to arrange a cake — choosing an orange-flavoured sponge, paired with a soft peach-toned buttercream,with few particular accents n cake topper .

It wasn’t anything extravagant — just a small, carefully curated cake made with her friend in mind.

And when it reached her, it was truly appreciated and loved.

Because at the end of the day, distance doesn’t really matter when you make the effort to be part of someone’s special moment.
