Kuih Bahulu 鸡蛋糕 Ji Dan Gao | Simple Delicacy | 3 Ingredients only | Chinese New Year
Kuih Bahulu ( 鸡蛋糕 Ji Dan Gao ), a favourite pastry that Malaysian would make during the Chinese New Year or any other special occasions. With only 3 simple ingredients, you can make this aromatic and irresistible treats. Served best with warm/hot coffee to your liking.

Ingredients :
All purpose flour - 75g
Caster sugar - 60g
2 eggs ( +-50g/egg)
12 cavity baking pan
( This recipe make 12 cakes depending on the pan size)
Bake at 200°C/390°F for 12 minutes
