Enjoy a delicious chocolate treat with these Brownies Brittle! Make a jar or two so you can Makan Penuh-Penuh this Ramadhan-Raya!
Get your ingredients today at BAKE WITH YEN🤩

INGREDIENTS:
500gm Brownies Brittle Mix
300gm dark compound chocolate
250gm eggs
140gm water
125gm butter
¼ tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:
1)Preheat oven to 165°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
2) In large bowl, melt the dark compound chocolate and butter together.
3) Add in eggs, water and vanilla essence, whisk until well combined.
4) Lastly, fold in brownies brittle mix until just combined.
5) Pour the batter onto the prepared baking tray and smooth into an even, thin layer.
6) Sprinkle some almond slices or chocolate chips on top.
7) Bake for 25-30 minutes. Leave it to cool completely before breaking or cutting the brownies brittle apart.
