Every baker has a “nope” pile. 😅 If it doesn’t have the oven spring, crumb, or crust we’re after, it won’t be sold. Because you deserve our best.

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls.

We don’t do the ordinary cinnamon rolls, our cinnamon rolls are fermented with our sourdough starter named “Vincent Van Dough.

A short intro of Vincent, he is 5 years old this year, born on 2021 when I first started my journey in sourdough bread.

Dough is cold re**rd in chiller for 16hours before bake. So it’s gentle on the stomach as well as unique in flavour.
