如果你去过日本，应该对它不陌生。

きな粉，是日本传统的焙香黄豆粉，将黄豆慢火焙炒后细细研磨，拥有细腻温润的口感，也是植物性蛋白质与膳食纤维的天然来源。

这次，我们选用日本大阪产黄豆制作的きな粉，把它融入蛋糕里。

不是浓烈的甜，而是越吃越耐人寻味。
