Ginger bread scone

Ingredients used :including cinnamon, nutmeg, mix spices, cloves, ginger etc.

Learned this recipe from my Canadian friend.
This is my second time to bake it.
They definitely satisfied my gingerbread craving!
A good texture, with a crunchy/crumbly crust and a moist interior.
