Resepi asas doh pizza
Bahan-bahan:
1 kg tepung gandum ( tak perlu tepung roti)
22 gm yis kering / 2 peket yis mauripan / 3 sudu yis timbang
3 sudu makan gula pasir
450 ml air paip
200 - 250 gm marjerin
Cara-cara:
1. Campurkan bahan kering, tepung gandum, yis dan gula pasir.
2. Masukkan air sikit sikit dan uli sampai doh sekata.
3. Masukkan p**a marjerin dan uli doh smpai sebati dan licin.
4. Utk roti piza tak perlu uli smpai elastik..sbb doh yg elastik akn menghasilkan roti yg sgt lembut.. roti yg sgt lembut kurg sesuai utk dijadikan roti piza kerana bila letak topping yg b*k di atas piza akan mnyebabkan roti jadi benyek dan lembik.
5. Kemudian timbang doh 150- 180gm utk piring saiz 7 @ 8 inci.
6. Canai doh dh letak dlm piring piza yg disapu myk.
7. Tolak dgn jari dhujung sisi doh utk menghasilkan border di sekeliling doh.
8. Tunggu roti kembang sepenuhnya sebelum dibakar pada suhu 250° selama 2-3 minit sahaja.. atau sehingga roti sedikit perang.
9. Selepas roti masak, keluarkan dr piring piza dan letak diatas jaring utk mngelakkan roti berwap di bahagian bawah.
10. Tunggu sejuk sebelum dibungkus.

Mini Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
* 2 eggs
* 28g cooking oil
* 38ml milk
* 40g cake flour
* 30g white sugar
* A few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar

Instructions:
1. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Chill the egg whites in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to stabilize them.

2. Mix the oil and milk, stirring until emulsified.

3. Sift in the flour, stir well. Add the egg yolks and mix until smooth.

4. Add lemon juice to the egg whites. Gradually add the sugar in three batches, beating until stiff peaks form.

5. Fold a small amount of the meringue (egg white mixture) into the egg yolk batter. Then, gently fold this mixture back into the remaining meringue until evenly combined.

6. Pour the batter into a piping bag. Cut a 1 cm diameter opening and pipe the batter into lined muffin pan, filling them 80% full.

7. Preheat the oven to 130°C (266°F) and bake for 30 minutes. Increase the temperature to 140°C (284°F) and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

8. After baking, give the cupcakes a light shake twice and place them upside down on a cooling rack.

9. Decorate as desired or enjoy them plain.
