Finally trying out the famous London chocolate cake.
I called it the salted caramel chocolate cake! ehee

A moist chocolate cake (the steps are almost similar to make a brownie!), homemade whipped salted caramel & chocolate ganache using 811. I would say, it tastes goood & kinda reminds me of the haute chocolate cake (cake that i learned with my baking guru; Wan)

Definitely i’ll bake this cake again!

Newest addition for our desserts display at

Soft buns that is rolled with cinnamon, browned sugar, butter & cocoa powder. Topped with cream cheese frosting, dark chocolate ganache, homemade salted caramel, chocolate curled & finished off with sea sealt sprinkles.

I love it. No regrets of making these rolls🫶🏻🥰

A brownie based & a creamy, luscious chocolaty chocolate cheesecake. Both using belgian chocolate couverture (callebaut 811), hence the price is quite pricey. But hey, try dulu ok? it’s gonna worth your every penny, inshaAllah.

One of my absolute favorite cake! Valrhona chocolate cake; a butter based cake made with french butter, Philadelphia cream cheese for the ovomaltine cream cheese frosting & callebaut 811 for the luscious chocolate ganache. What else could you ask for?🤌🏻
