To all the sweet tooth monsters:
KimKim Pop Up Counter started up with this girl ; so passionate on what she likes and does - which is to bake amazing cakes just solely to end those sweet tooth cravings of yours and to put that sweet smile on your face.
Till date, with almost 10 years of experience, her never ending curiousity to experiment with different kinds of ingredients, resulting her reinventing new variety of cakes for all to enjoy.

Thanks to everyone that manage to have a taste of her passion and joy. We would like to say a big thank you to Sweet Blossom Coffee Roasters for having KimKim Pop Up Counter. Such a brilliant event would not happen without the time, dedication and support of all individual involved.
It is a great opportunity for a new start up to showcase KimKim passion toward her creations.

We settled on the best of both worlds; White Chocolate and Cream Cheese. Well, simply because it is the exact spark you needed. It’s,, ohhhh so smooth, perfectly dense without being heavy and has the ultimate cheesecake texture. And honestly - the combo of White Chocolate, Oreo Cookie crust & Sticky Snickers is ALMOST PERFECT. Flavourful, moist yet soft, filled and frosted with our house vanilla cream cheese. Like the name, it contains carrots, yet is not ‘carrot-y’ which bursting in flavors with our homemade cookies crumb, nuts and hints of cinnamon & nutmeg. Absolutely goodness and mysterious!

In conjunction with upcoming Father’s Day , KimKim decided to introduced a NEW TWIST dedicated to OUR Dad.

He is the backbone of the family; supported us in every possible way. He might be strict and serious from his look but definitely soft and kind at heart. His favorite drink is ‘Pu-Erh Tea’ 🍵 and he loves home-cooked food 🍲.

Introducing ‘Tea’ramisu - this surprising blend of Pu-Erh Tea and mascarpone cheese would definitely blown your mind! Who would have thought of both strong and powerful elements yet soft texture could make such a perfect combination, oh well, we have figured it out - just like OUR Dad!
