My Story

Hi! I am Chin and I love baking. After getting a number of good reviews and people asking to buy my cakes after trying, I’ve decided to sell them, small scale. My cakes are soft, moist, less sweet and unique (developed after countless experiments and reviews). They are also fresh (baked to order, pre order at least 3 days in advance). What’s more, I insist on using fresh and premium ingredients including dairy whipping cream (strictly no topping cream), Philadelphia cream cheese, homemade compote from fresh fruits, freshly toasted nuts, fresh coconut milk (freshly squeezed just before baking), painstakingly prepared highly concentrated pure pandan juice, etc…

At AMAZECHIN, be prepared to be AMAZED!

大家好!我是Chin! 由于受到好评以及试过的人询问购买蛋糕的原故，热爱烘焙的我 决定开始买蛋糕!!!
我的蛋糕柔软，湿润，少甜，独特 (每一粒蛋糕都是我经过无数次不断的研发而成)。蛋糕新鲜 （预定了，才制做）（请至少三天前预定）。更何况，我坚持使用新鲜优质食材 如鲜奶油 (不用topping cream), Philadephia 乳酪，自制果酱，现烤坚果，新鲜椰奶(烘焙前现挤)，纯手工提取斑斓精华，等等。

Utterly delicious cake made up of 4 layers of crunchy caramel walnut cookie base, moist chocolate cake, creamy flan and fragrant dark chocolate cream. Impress your loved ones with this irresistible special cake!
巧核布丁 顾名思义就是
巧 克力 + 焦糖 核桃脆 + 布丁 的完美搭配! 口感十足，香气四溢，让人无法抗拒!

-Soft, moist, less sweet (healthier and allows you to savour the original flavour of ingredients, without being cloying/heavily masked by sugar)
-Unique (Each cake was fully developed by me after numerous experiments and improvisations)
-Fresh (baked to order)（*pre-order at least 3 days in advance🤗)
-Made using fresh, premium ingredients including dairy whipping cream (strictly no topping cream), Philadelphia cream cheese, Omega eggs, Belgian chocolate, freshly toasted nuts, homemade compote from fresh fruits, fresh coconut milk (freshly squeezed just before baking), painstakingly prepared highly concentrated pure pandan juice, etc…

**At AMAZECHIN, be prepared to be AMAZED!
(Ps: My motto-A bad cake spoils any day or celebration! I would rather throw it away than serve it to others!)😅
