由于 2020 年疫情影响整个市场经济，为了生意的长远成长，Kim Cafe 也开始了品牌转型，因此于 2021 年成功转型为线上市场的趋势，也成立了高品质的网络购物平台 Kim e-Biz 以提供更好的购买体验。
