Luncheon meat buns are our family's favourite. Topped with spring onions garlic butter and raw oats as extra garnishing.

Not forgetting to make a dog friendly version for Polar too as dogs can't consume garlic and onions.

Conducted my first Royal Icing Cookie Workshop for a company's team bonding activity since moving back to JB recently.

It's interesting to see that some had a lot of fun decorating the cookies but some felt working in office is much easier than decorating cookies

Happy Merdeka Day to all Malaysians 🇲🇾

Today, we decided to sleep in this holiday and have a good rest. So I made a quick and simple breakfast with ready to use prata dough and luncheon meat.

Recently bought a new perforated tart pan from Jaya Grocer and used it to make an apple crumble pie 🥧

The hazelnut shortcrust pastry baked really well in this pan. It didn't puff up when baked as it is, creating a lovely case for the apple pie.

Overall, this apple pie is not overly sweet and goes well with our favourite Bulla vanilla ice cream.

Happy Sunday to everyone 🌞

Made a Puer Mont Blanc Cheesecake with the techniques learnt from when I took the online class last year for the Speculoos Cheesecake.

My family enjoyed this flavour very much. Even my mother in law who doesn't like the taste of cheese find this cheesecake light and delicious 😋

Financier aka Gold Bars.

Had lots of egg whites leftover from making Tiramisu in the fridge to make 2 flavours.

Chocolate financiers are coated with chocolate and cashew bits.

Personally prefer the original taste as the brown butter aroma is more pronounced 😋

Lemon Cakes baked in my new baking pan that I found in the Bangsan Market in Seoul.
