We have encountered a big issue today, our CNY assorted cookies tin shipment which was seriously delayed is now lost in mail. We have to make the toughest decision to cancel the 200 tins orders that are affected.

We apologised for any late reply of enquiry messages today as we need to prioritise in contacting our affected customers to make the necessary arrangements such as resolving to other packaging or even refund.
