WHAT IS LO MAI G*I?
Lo Mai G*i is a cantonese name of glutinous rice with chicken. Or some people may called it as sticky chicken rice.
It is a classic dim sum dish served during yum cha. But of course you can also eat whenever you want like breakfast or dinner. An alternative name in mandarin is Nuo Mi Ji.
The ingredients of Lo Mai G*i are glutinous rice filled with chicken, mushroom sh*take and some seasonings like dark / light soy sauce, pepper, sugar and etc.
In Malaysia we always find Lo Mai G*i will be packed in a small aluminium foil bowl. And then, you will need to 'terbalik kan' the Lo Mai G*i in a plate to enjoy it. Well, tak salah pun nak makan macam mana. So, just go ahead the way you like😆
