1. Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

For the brownie layer:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

For the cheesecake layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Extras:
12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Make brownie batter: In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just mixed.

3. Make cheesecake filling: In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

4. Assemble: Pour half the brownie batter into the pan. Sprinkle half the chopped Oreos evenly on top. Spread cheesecake mixture over the Oreos. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, then top with remaining Oreos.

5. Swirl: Use a knife to gently swirl the brownie and cheesecake layers together for a marbled effect.

6. Bake: 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7. Cool: Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

2. Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

For the brownies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

For the peanut butter swirl:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Make brownie batter: In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until glossy. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined (don’t overmix).

Homemade Pizza dough and sauce!

***No Fail - Pizza Dough***

Been experimenting different recipes for pizza dough, and this is the easiest to do it. This recipe makes 1-12 inch thick crust or 2- thin crusts.

Ingredients:
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
3/4 cup water (warm water)
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flours

Dusting: 2 tablespoons corn meal (it adds more flavor to the dough)

Steps:
In a large bowl, add warm water. Then, sprinkle sugar, yeast. Mix well and wait till frothy. Add flour, salt and oil. Mix well till combined. Kneed till smooth. Cover withth cloth in a warm place. Let it rise until it doubles it’s size.
Release air by punching the dough. Dust a clean surface with 2 tablespoons cornmeal. Roll the dough and form it to round to make a 12 inch pizza. Brush withth extra oil on the edges.

Ready to add your sauce and favorite toppings.

Bake 420 F, for 15-18 minutes - bottom rack. Enjoy!

Easy Homemade pizza Sauce - Fresh tomatoes
Wash and dice the tomatoes.
In a pan, add oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and oregano. Let it cook till a little soften.
Take out from heat and let it cool for few minutes. Pour in a blender till a little chunks left or creamy. It depends on what consistency you want.
Then ready to pour into your pizza dough. Or store in fridge up to 1 week only. Or freeze it up to 3 months.

Cheese Sauce for Fries 🧀🍟✨

✅ Ingredients:

- 200 ml whole milk
- 150 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

🟢 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Roux:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the flour and whisk continuously for about 1 minute until smooth.

2. Make the Sauce:
- Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.

3. Add the Cheese & Seasonings:
- Lower the heat and stir in the grated Cheddar cheese until fully melted.
- Add mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4. Serve Hot:
- Pour over crispy fries and enjoy!

Tip: If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency.

Senang rupanya nak buat cream cheese sendiri
Hanya guna 3 bahan ja...

Kalau tahu dari awal,dh lama tak beli..🤭buat sendiri pun boleh macam ni..

CARA BUAT CREAM CHEESE HOMEMADE

Bahan-bahan
1-Susu fresh @ full cream sekotak besar 1 liter
2-Buah lemon sebiji
3-Garam.

Cara2:
*Perah dulu lemon 4@5 sudu dan ketepikan dulu..
*Masak susu diatas api perlahan sampai mendidih..kemudian masukkan perahan lemon tadi,kacau2 biar berketul-ketul...kemudian tutup api.
*Susu yg dah berketul tadi ditapis -buang airnya..ambil isi ketul2 tu jer..
*Kemudian kisar susu tadi dgn secubit garam..

Dah siap!!!
Boleh simpan dlm freezer tahan selama seminggu..

Boleh cuba buat sendieri dah lepas ni...🥰
