Okey kek ni sedikit mencabar sebab first time dapat order hazelnut choc cheesecake and nak deco. Bila kita nak coating dengan buttercream tu agak susah tapi i made it! Hehe alhamdulillah 🥰

Masa dapat order design ni hati berbunga-bunga ya. Sebenarnya setiap kali customer nak order apa-apa design pun hati kita memang berbunga-bunga. Tapi design ni dah lama ku idamkan. Hehe. Finally dapat juga order design camni. Untuk dijadikan hantaran pulak tu 🥰🌸

5” cake. Moist choc cake dengan cream cheese layer. Sebabkan cake ni untuk husband sendiri, kita experiment sikit. Tengah-tengah tu kita letak strawberry jam / compote and bawah sekali tu kita letak chocolate ganache + feuilletine crunch. Sedaplah ek! 💖😙
