This mouth-watering cake is take on one of our favourite kuih. This cake is made from a soft pandan cake infused with the aroma of fresh pandan leaves and caramelised Gula Melaka shredded coconut that is spread between the layers of pandan sponge cake adds the prefect amount of sweetness without empowering the other flavours.

On top, our Ondeh Ondeh cake layered with generous sprinkles of fresh coconut flakes, adding a nice texture and natural coconut sweetness to every bite. We finish if off with the fresh pandan whipping cream making it a true feast for the senses.
