Good Sourdough Bread Takes Time⏱

It's always easier to damage your body than maintaining a good health. 🌿That’s why healthy food requires longer preparation time as they are usually natural, handmade or homemade.

Do you know sourdough is considered one of the healthiest food in the world because of its fermentation process? 🍞Without adding commercial yeast in the bread process, we have to feed our own wild yeast, our mother dough to make bread.

The long fermentation process takes around 24 - 30 hours. But that's what makes it special & different from our everyday bread. 🦠With lactic acid bacteria present in sourdough's long fermentation process, they're able to strengthen our digestive system and also make our body easier to absorb nutrients.

We are truly grateful for your support along the years, some love our sourdough because of its health benefits, some because of the texture and flavor, and some because it helped with their digestion and bloating. 👍🏼

NEW YEAR NEW ME

Most people set higher goals for their new year. But this year, we decided to scale down a little instead. As manpower plays an important role in our homemade, handmade products such as sourdough, sauce and cakes, we made some changes to our business hours and menu items in order to overcome the challenge we've been facing for the past months - manpower.

2021 may not have been a good year for us and many out there, but we believe 2022 is a fresh start where we can bring things back to normal.

We'll be making changes, improvements and coming up with ideas and solutions one step at a time, and hope to serve everyone better.
Thank you for your support, understanding and love, as well as valuing our effort & hard work behind our food, sourdough and beverage. We couldn't have make it this far without you.
